Credit Packs
Purchased credit packs are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Unused credits are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase
- Partially used packs — only the unused portion is refundable within 7 days
- Used credits are non-refundable — once credits have been spent on generations, they cannot be refunded
- After 7 days from purchase, all credits are considered final and non-refundable
Free Credits
Credits received for free (sign-up bonus, promotions, etc.) are not eligible for refund or cash value.
Technical Issues
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end:
- Credits are automatically restored to your account
- No action is required on your part — the system handles this automatically
- If credits were not restored after a failed generation, contact support and we will resolve it promptly
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@sundrift.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your account email and order ID (if available)
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, all remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued.
